    Delivery & Time Policies

    Auckland: Receive Same Day if order and payment are received before 3pm NZT

    Other Part Of New Zealand: Within 48hours if order and payment are received before 3pm

    International: Order Processing time is 2-5 Business/Working days (Any additional taxes or duties that are incurred within the recipients country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient).

    We ship directly to you as soon as payment is confirmed. Customers, ensure the delivery address is correct, accurate and country of destination not to delay the delivery of your orders. We also offer overnight delivery within New Zealand for urgent need at extra charge please refer to our freight method. We are serving between new Zealand and overseas regularly. However, if you do want your goods sent via DHL, FedEx, we would be able to provide lower, specially negotiated rates.You will receive a tracking number with your invoice on which you can monitor the progress of your order. (You will get an invoice once your order has been processed by e-mail, We are dedicated to provide our customers with a standard and efficient service.Once payment has being made, your goods will then be dispatched upon receipt of payment.

    Purchase Agreement
     
    By accepting delivery or ordering from us, of any product ship/pick up out from Bolarc, you the customer agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed in its company policy, return policy, and privacy policy, not excluding revisions and or alteration by the company. You the customer and  Bolarc are in agreement that all terms and conditions are exclusive terms governing any sales transaction between  Bolarc and the customer. Any attempt to change, alter, modify, or amend any of these terms and/or conditions by the customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, rendering null and void. We do reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without written or verbal notice. Please check these terms and policies/conditions carefully every time you purchase or accept delivery for any goods from  Bolarc.
     
    GST Register
     
    All Products Price are now Gst Inclusive from the 1 December, 2009. 
     
    Product Prices
     
    Our Products Price are not fixed prices, this could change at anytime due to exchange rates.
     
    Product Availability
     
    Product listed as in stock: Processing time is the same day, if payment is cleared before 3pm NZT
    Product listed as Out of Stock: We can re-order must of our products, we request a 50% deposit to be made prior to ordering from manufacturer.
    Product listed as 2-3 days:  Will take 5 full working days for processing time.
     
    Bulk Orders
     
    Bolarc is not a wholesaler. Bolarc does offer special rates, providing that the product total of any given order exceeds a pre-determined dollar amount that Bolarc has set, Bolarc reserves the right to adjust these rates at their discretion.
     
    Rates:
    1.For any order that the product amount is greater than $500 you will receive 15% discount
    2. For any order that the product amount is greater than $1000 you will receive 20%
      
    Return/Refund policy
     
    *we do not refund on all purchases and all hair service offered by Bolarc limited
     
    Please contact us before returning any product. Faulty goods will be dealt with under the laws of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986
    *We will gladly accept returns of any unopened, unused or damaged product within 7days of the purchase date with sales receipt. 
    *Product can be returned for exchange of goods  within 7 days of purchase date with sales receipt. No Cash Refunds
    * We accept only exchange item with the same price of previous purchase.
    *No refund for shipping and handling cost and any product purchased. 
    *For health reasons, we do not accept returns for hair pieces, hair weaves, wigs,  Hair extensions that is used or damaged. 
    *We do not  take any responsibility or exchange of any broken item after item is delivered to customers or picked up by customers.
    *Our Products Price are not fixed prices, this could change at anytime without notifying customers.
     *We do not refund money back on any item ordered from us. Unless you have paid for an item that is OUT OF STOCK.
     
    Backorders
     
    If you place an order for an item that is out of stock you will be contacted and asked to confirm that you wish to place the item on backorder. If known, an ETA will be given. The price cannot be guaranteed for out of stock items, price will be confirmed upon receipt of order.

The risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to and from the carrier. Bolarc will advise Customer of estimated shipping dates, but Bolarc will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation,  acts of federal, state or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes. Bolarc can not be held for any damages received for late arrival loss or stolen packages. Bolarc, under no circumstance can be held responsible for orders that have been shipped to an alternate location specified by the customer with or without intent, providing the product was purchased online at Bolarc

The majority of the information that we collect during the registration process is used to process any order(s) placed on your account. During the order process you will have to provide credit/debit card information, this is for billing purposes and to fill your order. Other financial information maybe collected if you choose to pay using a different payment method. During the check process the information is encrypted and sent to our online merchant company.     Due to High demand/supply of our product line, some of the products listed on the website may be out stock this does not mean that we are unable to re-order the items if you are interested.
